John Morton is the current Spritual Director of the ecumenical Church of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness.

John Morton

Since 1979, John Morton has spoken and conducted workshops all over the world for MSIA, the Institute for Individual and World Peace (IIWP), and other organizations dedicated to improving people's lives. He is on the Board of Directors of IIWP and the University of Santa Monica.
John is a licensed counselor and worked as a State of California park ranger and in other environmental causes before starting his work with MSIA. He is married and the father of a young son and daughter and the step-father of two older children. In 1988, he began working directly with those studying Soul Transcendence through the Church of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness. Soul Transcendence is the realization of oneself as a Soul and as one with the Divine. In this, he follows in the footsteps of MSIA's founder and Spiritual Advisor, John-Roger.
